FAQ
Is yoga suitable for all age groups?
Absolutely. Yoga is for every body, regardless of age or stage of life. From children to seniors over 70, we adapt our movements and use supportive props to ensure that every student can practice safely and effectively.
Can I join if I have a chronic injury or back pain?
Yes, our specialized focus is on pain relief and mobility. We encourage you to share your medical history with us so we can provide specific modifications and alternative poses that help heal your body rather than strain it.
How many times a week should I practice?
Even one session a week can provide mental clarity and physical relief. However, for lasting results in flexibility and pain management, we recommend a consistent practice of 2 to 3 times per week to help your body build muscle memory and strength.
I’m not flexible—can I still do yoga?
Yes! Saying you are too stiff for yoga is like saying you are too dirty to take a bath. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement. Our classes are specifically designed to help you gradually increase your range of motion at your own pace.
What should I wear and bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. You don’t need any fancy equipment—just bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. We provide high-quality mats and all necessary props (blocks, straps, bolsters) for your use.
I’ve never tried yoga before. Are there beginner classes?
Every class we offer is beginner-friendly. We pride ourselves on a “no-judgment” environment where every pose is explained in detail. You will never be forced into a position that doesn’t feel right for your body.
